GWA members get free access to all of our Healthy Workplace trainings — built to support safer, stronger, and more equitable food and beverage workplaces. These trainings are available to staff at any of your business locations and are part of our commitment to keeping your teams skilled, informed, and empowered.

We offer both original GWA-created curricula and special sessions in partnership with local experts. Past trainings include:

• Narcan & overdose response

• Know Your Rights (with legal experts)

• Communication through a DEIB lens

• De-escalation & conflict navigation

Trainings are tailored for a range of audiences — from all-staff sessions to worker-specific and leadership-focused offerings. As a member, you also get to help shape future programming.
