Good Work Austin's Healthcare Access Program connects eligible food and beverage workers with free health insurance coverage through our partnership with Central Health.

The program provides personalized enrollment assistance, education, and ongoing support to help workers understand and use their benefits, reducing barriers to healthcare and improving access to preventive care. By expanding access to affordable healthcare, the program helps create a healthier, more stable hospitality workforce.

Good Work Austin believes workplaces should be inclusive, equitable, diverse, and safe. We offer training on creating healthier workplaces, industry-relevant topics, and more.

Speak Up, Be Heard is Good Work Austin's flagship interactive workplace communication training created specifically for the food and beverage industry. Through practical, real-world scenarios, participants build the skills to communicate with confidence, navigate conflict, understand their workplace rights, and foster safer, more respectful, and inclusive workplace cultures.
